I know wht the numbers are down in my department, Its because our managers concerns are not the betterment of their team iwhich ihas an incredibly ineffective impact on motivation.. I don't know why they're willing to part with cash which would buy 2 f150 trucks to pay the salary of a pos. Our self-centered manager typically tears down their employees, takes credit for their work, depletes team morale and eliminates the overall desire to succeed, creating tension and resentment.
