Hearing ERC layoffs as soon as mid-August. Hearing overstaffed areas like Shared Services Compliance, ECORT, etc. most likely to be impacted in some way.

You could cut 50% of ECORT and not miss a beat. Lots of dead weight in that group.

Why are these areas considered over staffed, are there really people sitting idle in these departments?
