Anyone know if directors are going to be hit hard this round or in subsequent rounds later on in the year? It’s been posted a few times here and have heard it through the rumor mill. I feel like this level isn’t really involved in much of the decision making. They just get their marching orders from the staff VPs most of which know nothing and provide zero guidance but love pointing fingers.

This company is a joke and glad I left it a year ago. Saw the clear writing on the wall. The medical is not what it used to be and the pharmacy is apparently a joke compared to the other competitors. Seems like they have fired at least 3-4 top leaders the past couple of years. Every day was happy talk and paddle faster with leaders assuming their employees were stupid enough to believe them.
and RVP's are easy to RIF as a director is. Often an area will RIF 1 manager then move the staff around the other managers in the department. Same goes for a director or RVP.
I've lost two bosses to RIFs, 1 director and 1 RVP. No one is safe.
If I’m being honest, this organization is very top heavy starting at the Director positions. It would surprise me to see the organization start to streamline more at the higher levels. Curious to see what happens at the operations level as we are already very understaffed as it is in many areas.
