Yup, they are promoting people with zero skills and experience.
100%. That is exactly why we have so many failed migration projects (think SPS) and automation failures. They don’t want or listen to any advice from folks that understand how everything works. They only want to march to arbitrary timelines that seniors leaders committed to without any of the necessary knowledge of market nuances. Many of whom are total frauds.
