Yep, myself and another person on my team just got similar “business update” meetings with our boss and there are zero notes. I expect there will be an HR person waiting for me when I dial in.
People who are targeted most are "leaders " this time. They wont tell you if they got a business update. They have known it for a year now as they didnt meet their performance goals.
