"I received from the grape vine that the Neighborhood Store pay structure is about to change entirely. This info became made known after the Q2 meeting at corporate. Here are the changes from what I know. ME's will no longer get a % off anything they sell. Their commission will be much like an Experience Store but won't be based off team performance. MEs will earn payout based off overall % to goal across all weighted metrics The hourly bonus tears will range from 70% - 150% much like Experience Stores. Tiers could range from $6hr incentive to a max $1 5hr incentive. There are also talks about a National Ranker bonus similar to the All Star bonus for Sr. MEs for Experience Stores."

Verizon did this years ago and it was a disaster
lol what opportunities?
"The rumor is that all stores will follow this model and cause most of the top performers to leave as they will make substantially less money."
Ooor this will help encourage employees to further their career paths by seeing promotions and/or other position opportunities. Career paths should be entered into my workday along with regular meetings with your manager.
Yes, AE pay. All employees. This is the verified.
Business sales as in AE business pay?
I just got out of the broom closet. Business sales compensation is definitely changing. Not good.
Not even remotely true.
It’s true. If it’s not this year depending on how stock prices fair then it will happen in Q1 of 2025. But yes this is true. It’s happening
Not true. And I would know.
Neighborhood is like your regular T-Mobile location and the experience stores are high volume conversions of the regular stores that can basically do everything that customer care can do and they are getting literally sc--wed with their new pay structure that was supposed to be a big promotion for reps and it's become a nightmare. The rumor is that all stores will follow this model and cause most of the top performers to leave as they will make substantially less money.
Explain the neighborhood store vs the experience store for the non sales folks please
