Not concerned at all and I would even use my own name if it could be verified. My purpose for posting on this site is to collectively organize with other employees to advocate for our rights and interest. Federal Law protects employees from being fired, disciplined, demoted, or penalized in any way for engaging in these activities.
I don't use my work laptop. I would not name anyone by name. There is nothing I've said (here or anywhere, to anyone) that is particularly unique to my experience. I started working at the company about a decade ago and have seen it become progressively more focused on the stock price, any any concern for the workers has become progressively more insincere. And with the ramp-up the RIF schedule, the disregard for workers has become a real eye-opener for me. I've seen coworkers RIG'd and I'm worried about myself. The head of my department sounds out of touch or maybe just repeating talking points and going through the motions themselves. My story is similar to so many people here.
I don’t see how they could with so many thousands of people working for the company and with so many with the same or similar story I don’t see how they could connect any dots unless you give specifics.
I never identify gender of bosses, locations, and I’m general when it comes to specifics
