For those who have stock, good luck on that dream, when (not if) a prospective buyer does due diligence, there will be nothing leftover for stuff like that, and even worse, a prospective buyer will not be keeping all that expensive overhead.

This company is so bad I have never seen such a toxic environment some managers don’t even know how to talk. The company don’t have work or any projects left . And the work they have is in process of moving to 3rd party or offshore. so app developers run as fast as u can soon there will be firing .
Some 14K employees (non VPs) are underpaid and these VPs are earning 200K+.
This company is so top heavy as it is now. They don't need anymore over-paid managers/executives.
