T-Mobile's RAN Design has basically been accepting the standardized RAN hardware/software that Nokia and Ericsson provide them. There's no "design" at T-Mobile RAN. There's Vendor Management, nothing more.

So Ericsson and Nokia will be contracted for more Design resources for RAN?
