Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Get rid of the workers and keep executives who make these bad decisions

Intel has the wrong people leading the ship and I'm not just talking about ELT. This has been ongoing for over a decade, the same people who left during the round of layoffs 10 years ago are back not to mention the leadership at that time is still woth Intel. Every layoff, executives jump ship with a juicy package and all the worker bees suffer while the rest make decisions on who to cut why their jobs are safe.

I guess you should ask Stu, Lisa, Sandra, and Keyvon... oh wait, they aren't around anymore.

Think it another way. The bloated workers shouldn't have got their jobs in the first place.. See how many new employees got job during/after the pandemic... Sometimes, it is more people are in a team, fewer people are really working..

Makes you wonder if the plan is a takeover by a venture capitalist. Blackrock is on the board an just let Pat spend like a teenager at the mall with Daddy’s credit card. Even after the layoffs in 2023 the spending continued. Building so many fabs and increasing capacity all at the same time and only focusing now on inefficient processes? Cart before the horse? This cart is crashing down the hill and the horse ran away a LONG time ago

The truth is the only way the execs can retain their high bonuses $$$ is to reduce expenses by getting rid of disposable workers.

keep executives who make these bad decisions=PRIVILEGED

and there is the precise and correct definition of privileged
also adding more insult to injury they have undeserving high salaries and high bonuses
