Hes destroyed chevron with all his extreme cuts and layoff obsession. Need someone with a heart as CEO if that exists now days!

We need different blood. It does appear coincidental that the board approving MW as CEO past the age requirement and getting out of California- 5 years. Maybe his last objective is to close down Cali operations since he carries that axe so well. What a legacy to have.
OP, you’ll have the opportunity to speak your grievances directly to MW’s face when he moves his office to the Houston downtown building. Chevron formally announced today, Friday Aug 2 the headquarters is leaving San Ramon, CA before the end of 2024 and moving to Houston, TX.
MW and his cronies have cut too deep. Look at his safe and reliable track record: safety/fatalities on average 3-5 per year, no institutional knowledge left, no sound IT systems for record retention.
And since nobody is paying attention to inventory, a bunch of contractors under the real estate umbrella that have stolen TVs, IT equipment and furniture that was slated for other Chevron locations…nobody is held accused around this company! Sad.
