Saw a reorg email last week about some mambo jambo on vertical marketing bs. Leadership kept mentioning design win blah blah. How’s our sales and cashflow going into 2025? Is any Private Equity really going to dump money into Altera?

Professional Services. Many with over 15 years with the company. They laid off experts with higher salaries and kept recent hires. People making decisions who don’t understand the impact to the business. The irony is the number of VPs this company has hired/promoted, but don’t recognize the need to hire more resources who do the work. Are 5 VPs in one business unit really needed during a time you lay off staff? Top heavy management team with no results. SMH.

Didn’t SR send an email and also in MG’s after earnings call they said Altera is not following Intel cost reduction plan. Where is this layoff coming from Altera?
