Layoff to only blue badges
With red badges it gives flexibility for ELT to play like Casino, hire and fire.
Though the red badges still in Cisco buildings and access but only on paper the budget is cut or reduced red badge. within same quarter they onboard by mobilizing $$$$$
Only blue badges get impacted since red badges are protected by mangers and mgmt. :):)

Looks like some ELTs have vested interest with red badges and vendors else red wont be hanging for out there for years in same groups. See in supply chain, same vendors and same resources lingering from years. It is total filth in Cisco. HR looking and questioning the managers and mgmt. ? No, HR is a d-mb money laundering machine look for their paycheck :(

Red badges wont go anywhere. They will be off for few weeks and back on projects.
If they let go red badges then who will work ? Some IT groups like commerce and supply chain, SaaS etc. have bulk red badges with blanket PO for vendors. Red badges stinking in same group from decade waiting for their GC or status change. No one is accountable :)
