Good I really hope they layoff all the temps J.G. hired for her takeover of PDS, Network management, Credentialing, Healthplan Service Ops. For her made up department MPOs they all need to be let go. Most of all she should be fired for her lies and incompetence.
Contractors are temp employees that Aetna hired seasonally. If they display good qualities for a permanent position then they will be offered one after their contract period ends.
What do you mean by "contractors"? Provider Network Contractors or independent contract workers? Or perhaps something else?
