Marketing definitely needs to lay off a lot of VP, SVP, EVP.
If Marketing laid off 100 VPs, there would still be 100 VPs left. Most overbloated department in the company.

Well with marketing like that stupid Suits ad, you could hire a 3 year old for better marketing copy.
