Does anyone know if there is an algorithm used to determine who to RIF? Very curious how it’s decided.
I am trying to get out. Gonna be nonstop downsizing and meaningless reorganizations that just buy more time the next couple of years. Anyone doubting should just ask how retention is going and realize there are no decent sales coming in
