Yes, I've used a headhunter successfully in the past, but now they call themselves a recruitment service or employment specialist. For those who don't know, they will scan jobs for you and try to find a good match. They will arrange the interview, then the employer will contact them after and give feedback or extend an offer. Companies with hard to fill positions will often contact with one of these firms to fill a position.
Given my past experience, i would use one again. They get a fee from the employer, you do not pay for their services..fyi.
