When is John going to realize that the refineries are all useless and huge liability and no profit seems he doesn’t know how to run a business.

Refinery margins have been less than 2% since the 1980s. If Jon doesn’t know that yet, he’ll never know it. This is exactly why he is highly suitable for his job! Back off everyone ;)
The more these clowns try to emulate Husky, the worse and worse it gets.
Lloydminster Upgrader invested in largest turnaround in the history of the facility. The result? Limping along unable to bring the facility back to full rates. Trying to go to a four year interval is laughable.
They should keep the WRB refineries and dump the rest. CVE can’t run a refinery safely or profitably.
