HPO mtg is today. Wondering what he has to say. And if he’ll be transparent about Thryve coming in & taking our jobs. And this isn’t hearsay. It’s a fact! Several people were REPLACED with Thryve staff. SAD what this company has come to. Yet, they are for the community & ppl in the community are losing their jobs to ppl overseas.

my contract ends next week and I’m glad to get it over with. David was always beating around the bush in every meeting. He always asked for everyone to be “fluid” with our roles and yap about budget. Once he mentioned sending a team to South Africa, in addition to the many that are taking over from India, I knew it was bad news. Such bs that they are outsourcing jobs out of the US all while giving these people full access to every new hires ssn, dob, and full backgrounds. This company was great in the beginning but each new Town Hall was full of BS and non stop changes.
They’re sending all sorts of stuff to them including stuff like FEP that should not leave the country.
We were recently told they’re bringing another overseas company from South Africa to do our work. Losing our jobs and sending our PHI all over the world.

Does Thryve only do certain jobs? Or are they taking positions in all departments lately?
ANSWER-
As far as I know there is no discrimination. Although some LOB’s will not allow outsourcing. They’re finding ways to get around this. Heard Tom FIRMLY SAY in layman’s terms. Job cuts won’t stop. Smh!!! It will be a matter of time before 90% of jobs are outsourced. Not being negative. Just stating facts!

He was quite abrasive about "Admin cost reduction", the moderator kind of noticed that and said we should probably end on a positive note. Smh 😔
Tom just said on the call that it won't stop. Administrative cost reduction(i.e. layoffs) and moving jobs offshore to Thrive are going to continue.
