Always going through layoffs. Cut people all the time and avoid WARN notices. Have seen 100% turnover in groups year over year.

Just look at the latest org change announcement from GTO. Now they're cutting senior leaders abruptly.

Too many "leaders" who are so uninformed on the basic rhetoric such as MetLife's purpose, leadership competencies and 2030 goals. Oh, and they need to stop pushing their political views in the office. No, we don't all agree with you and we don't have to. These are the yahoos who will never get laid off.
Management are the problem and yet they protect their own.
Naturally so, as management has no other ideas than layoffs.
