Maybe best place to all the offshore reps in India and the Philippines. Since they took all of our jobs and more keep going over there !

Those "Best Place" to work things are lies to get the next round of fresh meat to come work here and get layedoff. They are worsless, most people just come to this site and read the posts.

If people tell the truth about senior leadership and the workplace morale on those surveys then their direct manager gets blamed. The manager is forced to do a whole bunch of meaningless work and force the culture cr-p on their staff - which only makes employees more unhappy. If you're unhappy and tell the truth on the survey it makes things worse, not better. Senior management has no interest in self reflection. If they aren't respected, they blame lower level managers for not making employees respect them instead of is owning their role in employee dissatisfaction.
