Is anyone else struggling with working in office? I have multiple meetings I have to attend daily on top of the other work I need to get done and it's next to impossible for me to be able to focus. People are not really working in office and mostly talking on the phone on personal calls or chatting with co-workers. One person comes in and sleeps, which is fine because at least he is quiet, except for a little snoring. But all the noise and smells are incredibly distracting and annoying. Who is eating onions at 9:30 in the morning? Is it just me or is anyone else having similar issues?

I showed up today about 10 mins before i had to call into a meeting, to find someone in my reserved desk. I nicely said, I guess the system double booked us? as I showed them my phone reservation. The reply? oh someone was in the desk I reserved, so I took this one. Nothing says "productivity" more than walking around trying to find an open desk and looking on the seating ap to see if its reserved or not. I was late for my meeting.
Yes. So many distractions, side conversations, etc. I am more productive at home in my home office!!!
It’s hard to have meetings, especially when you don’t know who is sitting around you. Sometimes you need to say things in meetings that others should not hear.
Question: Are all these meetings needed. Seems like managers send more time in meetings than working on the needs of their teams. Could somebody give me some insight.
just people who I do not know listening to meetings without headset on. Bring your headset and use it please.
