I just can’t efficiently work with all pointless procedural steps, million small things that must be done even though they have no impact whatsoever on results, and loss of time and energy to managing managers who are breathing down my neck because they apparently have nothing better to do. All form, no substance. If only they let us at least focus on our frigging work.

If the most recent post has any truth to it, many in the Agile community at USAA will be looking elsewhere for their handout to do busy work and monitor metrics.
