Thread regarding MetLife Inc. layoffs

No full on RTO in foreseeable future

I agree with those who think they will not implement RTO forcefully or in full unlike many other companies these days. Worst case scenario will probably be day a week, or a couple of days a month. Given how we’re organized, even that is pointless. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but that’s my take. If anyone knows more, pls post.

They're trying but it's not going well. GCSO employees constantly complain about their once a month in the office saying it's pointless.

Met is unable to enforce anything due to inept leadership across the entire company. Blind leading the blind, with their paid-for fake awards. Let's see what "fresh ideas" the recycled HR lady brings in....
