Has anyone ever been able to land a job via LinkedIn? I don’t have an account so don’t know much about it. Guess I should start job searching for new nurse roles now!

It’s definitely worth creating an account.
I've been recruited many times from LinkeIn.
I found my last 2 jobs via LinkedIn (Including ELV) . You can add preferences based on skills and interest on the Jobs page and LinkedIn send notifications every time a match job post created. Some are easy apply where you can upload resume directly from the app.
But first create an account and expand your network. Recruiters check your profile to verify if it’s a genuine one.
Indeed is also a good job portal.
