Just heard this morning that there is a re-org effort code-named flywheel that will lead to layoffs multiple employees across multiple accounts.

To let who know?

This is true, I have seen it myself but in nearly every situation that I have observed they cut numerous members of an org and then quickly realized they messed up and were unable to do the basic work needed to support clients/operations so they backtrack and try to rehire someone to stop the bleeding. Not the full team just enough to get the basic work done. Those people who come back are doing it because like all of us we agree the severance packages here at Gainwell are horrible. They do it to keep income coming but I can promise they are still looking for other jobs and will jump ship as soon as an opportunity comes.
This is why I do the minimum as strategic advisor
I don’t believe anything posted here…over the past 2 weeks I have seen people being rehired after layoff
This WFR has been in the works since Claudia Barlow started and they are targeting employees whose salary are higher than their position’s salary range. Also Renee Pisklak was hired to assess which areas of the business can be moved to India.
Operation Gandhi Needful is in effect
Yawn. Another "confirmed news!" that never happens.
I’m still waiting on the Confirmed News about retirement offer, from weeks ago, to come true.
Project Flywheel? LOL.
They needs to get rid of the middle and higher up managers that keep Gainwell headed down the path it's going. Swap out two cr-ppy managers/project managers for one good one with a proven track record.
What we have now are the hold-outs for Molina, DXC, etc.
