Yet another pointless HR town hall today. No questions answered. Cryptic messaging. Meaningless. The cut in our PTO is supposed to benefit us how? Execs have UNLIMITED PTO. This is disgusting.

Our leadership said that it was acknowledged that the way the PTO info was communicated by Jill W was horrible and they also acknowledged losing those two days is less than ideal.

HR the reason I’m done posting is because I’m spending my time on my job search. You have the Blue Pulse result and if the water cooler is any indicator your results for the corp questions will be awful.
Take bow HR and Maurice, you sc--wed the PTO news delivery worse than a group of interns. There is no doubt you deserve a pay cut for your recent performance.
That is if they give us a bonus.

Same. Our recent town hall was useless. Leaders will not give a reason for the change. I’m disillusioned and ready to leave.
Yep our town hall our head answered 3 different questions about pto and just repeated corporate propaganda. “We have great benefits still” or “the executives are looking out for the company”. Executives only care about themselves, despicable.
