The WEC lease was extended until 2nd qtr 2028.

We still have quite a few people in our cobbled together workstations over here. Unless they extend again, the lease is up summer of 2025, so gotta have everyone out well before then. I figure 4Q 2023 or 1Q 2024 are the most likely timeframes. The WEC Annex Bldg is already cleaned out, has been for awhile, and has a big for sale sign on it. A lot of us in WEC are legacy Wachovia so just waiting for our severance.
So what are the odds? WEC going to make it to the end of the year or no?

Speech therapy for some.
I’m hoping they will clean a restroom or two in August.
