Was with Evernorth for 6 years. Got to CC supervisor role by year 3 and metrics were incredible. Maybe a blessing in disguise but you best believe this place not only doesn't care about you but may even actually despise you. May this shithole actually go up in flames and engulf the stench and evil of C-suite with it. This place was never worth the $26/hour.

Who will run your team? Offshored? Did this just happen?
I hope every company you served was notified of this as they make decisions to continue their contracts, they have a right to know they can expect a decrease in their employees satisfaction with our service and sadly, ultimately possibly their care. As well as their choice to support loss of American jobs- through staying and indirectly supporting offshoring.
Elt want to Prioritize profits and shareholder approval over customer quality service and care, + culture and respect of the employees that actually make it all possible.
Nothing wrong with profits, most of us understand business. Truly good companies strive for it ALL. I used to think I worked for one of the good ones.
We should all be taking note.
Make no mistake, the move to offshore employees will eventually lead to outsourcing to Indian IT firms.
