All week there was a crew on campus working on the campus fountains by the cube. Don’t you dare go $10 over on a service reward party but millions spent on cr-p like this including the custom boardroom with LEDs.

At least you have fountains. Where I work, when they broke, EM filled them in and put plants in them. Can't get cheaper than that.
The grounds crew must have the most secure job at the campus give the number of days each morning I see them blowing off the sidewalks.
Op cost of maintaining the fountain is less than the cost of paying you to stare out of the window all day
Can't be much worse then the amount of money spent to keep a tree alive😅
I think 10 gallons of washing detergent is just the fix to keep the fountain running smoothly.
Someone please help.
I’ve always wondered if there being no fountains in one of the pools was a cost cutting measure. Seems GREF can’t keep them working since day 1 of moving in.
@OP I guarantee that it costs less to maintain the fountains than it does to maintain the legion of disgruntled EMHC employees collecting annual salaries in excess of $200,000 to do little more than complain about their jobs.
A smart person would stay quiet and milk the situation for all that it’s worth. Apparently, most of you aren’t very smart.
They have to manually do work on them because if they used the adequate chemicals they would lose the campus LEEDS certification.
I would never recommend or condone it, but it would be funny to see someone drop a big d_uce in there on their way out of emhc.
You gotta fix up the house before you can put it up for sale/rent, it is a common knowledge.
