Anyone have an idea what the 30 minute corp event some agents of on their schedule the week of August 4th? Random agents from each team have them on different days and times. Management says it is a survey but no other information.

I know what you’re talking about. It really is just time for randomly selected agents to complete a survey.

I received a email invite. Its 5 random people from each team/ dept. Email states it's a in person survey . Not zoom. I'm skeptical but going.
We asked. They said it was a survey but no one has any other information to share. Only 5 out of 20 have it on my team. And they are all on different days and different times.
Did you try asking your manager? It sounds like a department event like a town hall or something.
