Cigna Medicare currently uses QNXT and is working on migrating to a system we’re calling DMOM which uses Facets.
What system is HCSC currently using for member enrollment, billing, and claims?

Cigna Medicare has been messed up for over two weeks. Enrollees are p!ssed!
Seriously, should we be discussing details like this in a public forum with all of the cyberattacks in the world? I am sure the cybersecurity team just had chest pains reading that question.
