We all get our ratings but how would you rate the leaders in TOS? Maybe AC should see how the rank file view the job the TOS leaders are doing.

Middle TOS management could be immediately eliminated with millions saved and absolutely nothing lost. Workers would have more time to resolve problems. Vanity ego stroke meeting would be eliminated.

I have a great manager, but my managers manager does nothing. It’s demoralizing that this person still has a job while contributing ABSOLUTELY no value.

Has anyone has this happen?

The leadership is horrible. They only care about protecting their paychecks, they promote within their club and they are pretty lackluster in their management and leadership skills.

If the bank really wanted to increase efficiency, ROI, and performance while boosting employee morale; they immediately get rid of MOST of the middle, senior, and executive managers in TOS. I bet not one hiccup would occur with their departure and that should tell you everything.

TOS middle management is where good ideas go to die. Filled with old goofs that su-ked at understanding technology in their day but were awesome at kissing up. They have never contributed a good idea to any conversation and have a d-mbell spreadsheet solution to every possible problem. Professional meeting attendees and re-org specialists.

I'm a product manager and some 'tech lead' who I work with are truly incompetent. They ask stupid questions that are not related to the issue or what we trying to solve and doesn't have a deep understand of how the technology behind our product works.
