I thought about it for corporate office accused me of something without providing proof and refusing to even tell me specifically what the problem was. I took at a look at my arbitration agreement and it was 20 years old with no legal jargon on it whatsoever but oi did not want to open that bag of worms so to speak. Also you can get around arbitration agreements by filing a lawsuit on an individual and not the company directly

gjq+1tHWoJPg for one SS&C discriminate against age .... period yes we could have taken them to court and billy boy would fight it and pretty. Much get away with it like the s-xual harrasment issues on the  women  he groped  to talk about s-x discrimination SS&C it pretty high on that list..

I believe the internal HR is weak and does not have an appetite for a fight (thats why the harder stuff is outsourced), SS&C would probably prefer to settle beforehand - depending on how the odds of the case are stacked.
