i know someone who went through arbitration proceedings and walked away with 50k
I thought about it for corporate office accused me of something without providing proof and refusing to even tell me specifically what the problem was. I took at a look at my arbitration agreement and it was 20 years old with no legal jargon on it whatsoever but oi did not want to open that bag of worms so to speak. Also you can get around arbitration agreements by filing a lawsuit on an individual and not the company directly
Is SS&C in some legal thing with that company everyone left to goto IFDS v2 (Zilo), have a look https://www.law360.com/articles/1711066/financial-software-biz-accuses-ex-execs-of-stealing-data
Just reading the garbage from ole' Billy Boy and there is line in his email....
"Success is defined as "what have you for me lately..?"
Ask yourself that next time when at the end of the day or week, what has SS&C done for you (other than their below market wage).
gjq+1tHWoJPg for one SS&C discriminate against age .... period yes we could have taken them to court and billy boy would fight it and pretty. Much get away with it like the s-xual harrasment issues on the women he groped to talk about s-x discrimination SS&C it pretty high on that list..

All depends on your potential case
For what?
I believe the internal HR is weak and does not have an appetite for a fight (thats why the harder stuff is outsourced), SS&C would probably prefer to settle beforehand - depending on how the odds of the case are stacked.
