Agreed, most of the available jobs are out of reach for the impacted associates. The few that ARE in reach have very low pay and would likely be a massive pay cut for most.

And the worst part is, the roles in which people are being laid off ARE mostly "available jobs at Nationwide"; they are just being given to people overseas who are willing to take much lower pay.

So sick of executives saying that those people losing jobs can apply for hundreds of other jobs available at Nationwide. The vast majority of people losing their jobs (the people whose lives will be impacted the most) are not qualified to be consultants, VP, etc, or they would be already and would not be at risk.
