Anyone who is in a USA org is increasingly growing weirder by the day with visible insecurity. Thi is hidden because they are trained to smile and talk nice but deep inside they hate anyone who is from a certain country not theirs.
For all the noise on EM being American company, please go check whoch all countries EM depends on for hydrocarbon sourcing and marketing.
Respect all humans. It will come back and bite in some form or the other. Anyone who is reading it, majority of US employees withhold information, restrict access to basic necessary things needed to learn work. And that too while being hoghly inefficient themselves, as a whole harming the business.
This culture is reflected in the constant ‘silos’ comment and feedback in endless culture surveys. Management needs to address this intentional territorial hoarding and empire building mentality of EMHC employees, they are the root of horrible cultural issues, far from professional conduct.
