anyone else feel like every single department is lost due to losing people jumping ship / RIFs
How is this sustainable if we have a hiring freeze, or non functional upper management making decisions behind teams backs that DONT work

They’re dropping like flies in my group.
My department has way less work because my manager and his manager are both scheduled to depart Crown in December. Now i am spending most days on my personal computer (non crown pc) and iphone applying for other jobs. I even interviewed with a competing company while I was at work the other day ;) just had to reserve a conference room for privacy
