Well Newsweek never replied back to me, go figure. too bad their inbox wasn’t flooded with emails. You all post here, bi--h on teams but don’t stand up to be counted on Linkedin, X , Facebook.
At least a few DXC employee’s have linked my replies to DXC posts on the media above, but most if you are cowards !
Your not a slave , you don’t like now your treated then speak up where it will be seen or better yet find a new employer
I got out after 18 months. Realised what a terrible company this was soon after joining. So so glad to be out.
They don't stay though. The last gri report dxc published says "DXC Fiscal Year 2023 Hires (April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023) ... 32,838 new hires. Whilst the overall headcount remained broadly the same.
That's a 1 in 4 turnover.
We'll have to wait for December to come around again for the next report but if anything I'd expect it to be the same or worse.
@1xzx+1tFKUXoz Indian new hires wouldn't apply to America. Why do people outside the U.S. think they know so much about DXC working conditions here? We don't have the same labor laws as europe and honestly DXC isn't that bad in the grand scheme of things. Especially from a work life balance point of view.
The poll is made wirh the feet.
- 000 people stay.
How poor can it be?
Of course. We all know they are liars
Polled only by new hires in India
The reviewer must be Bent Net and Yahoo.

It's true.
Why would people otherwise stay in a company without proper financial compensation?
Great leaders, high moral, great products.
I find it funny that this was posted around midnight North America time. Unless OP reads this forum before they go to bed I'm guessing they're not actually in North America. If true it continues to support the idea that the enployee moral issue is very much region dependent.
How could we not be when we have our Industry Leading AI Infused Platform-X constantly improving our working lives?
Other IT Services companies must be sick as pigs that they don't have such a revolutionary edge that we do.
I suggest we flood Newsweek with emails on this horrible story. I have already sent my email

Is it like so many of these other so called awards, only voted for by HR. It's just more spin, we all know DXC is a miserable place to work, every single town hall shows it.
