It's not just MA - all of Provider Services is getting hit with big changes that will roll out over the coming months. A lot of jobs will be redundant soon. Cigna seems hellbent on gutting its employees and outsourcing the work to other companies and/or other counties.

I’ve heard MA provider services is getting a big change in structure around this time. Wouldn’t be surprised if they have cuts as they have some overlap on commercial products.

Yes, I've heard that it will be company wide and fairly large. My assumption is that it will be similar to last Oct or larger.
