Even more outsourcing coming say hello to your new Philippian reps and goodbye to all the American jobs in CSC. If only all the agents and name insures knew the truth.
Years ago, they attempted outsourcing in the commercial space at NW processing. It failed miserably. Both customers and agents were unhappy, and they had to rehire many employees in the U.S. Now, they're trying it again. Some companies never learn. Executives, who already make a staggering amounts, always want more. It’s sick.
CTO just announced it today. He mentioned one reason was to achieve that profit target they have set. I think get rid of a few high levels can secure many associates jobs.
My wife and I both got news of outsourcing from NW. the customer experience is going to be terrible
