Executives canabizing employees to sure up their score card of new profits for their own resume is low life and lazy as it gets. Not necessarily in the lest to need to happen.
I just want to say shame on them. Giving people from India and who knows where else our Jobs just because its cheaper?!! Americans are already suffering BC of F##KING inflation.
Sc-mbag execs. Some of them always rubbed me the wrong way. Now people get to pay for expensive product with the benefit of terrible service and customer experience
Yes, Claims processing is included...Its all Claims services, language lines, ACMs, managers, processing, Harleysville, admin & probably more I can't recall. The meeting they have for employees is ridiculous & they say they don't wanna say how many employees are affected & they say they don't have an idea of the date, but yet discussed severance & then said they're aiming for early/mid 2025 & adv we will be getting a 90 days notice before it happens...They meaning Todd Robertson & a HR person...
Anyone know about claims processing?
