Ford’s traditional business operations, known as Ford Blue, earned $1.17 billion during the second quarter, while its Ford Pro commercial business earned $2.56 billion. Its “Model e” electric vehicle unit lost $1.14 billion from April through June.

The p-o is just starting to hit the fan on EVs. It will cost somewhere near $1 trillion to update electrical infrastructure and charging stations to populate the country to support govt mandates of zero emissions. Where is this money coming from?
says the person who believes THEIR politicians are going to upgrade infrastructure to support their green agendas. get outside of your bubble and realize the EV is not going to 3f9e them.

Start up? Tesla sold carbon credits to make up for losses and aided in profits. Ford will never make a profit on EVs unless they build them in China and ship them here and that’s just a maybe
Model e is considered a startup within Ford. Of course it will not be the revenue leader in the company at this stage.
