One unverified source said it's because some Chinese (especially fishermen) need Inmarsat's services. They couldn't find a good replacement.
I'm hoping it's some kind of deal that along with is a change of management. It's certainly not due to our organic business.

someone finally showed them the 2022 news that Viasat sold TDL to L3Harris and doesn't sell military equipment to Taiwan anymore.
China finally realized Viasat is no threat. 😂
