8/8 On shore and Off shore

Does the 8/8 rif include on shore and off shore? Is there an HR person or Manager who may be able to confirm?
Thank you

Wow! What a disgrace in corporate companies to offshore! While we in states suffer

Sad reality...But I am thinking this is affecting on shore only so our jobs can be sent off shore and resort to AI.

I’m sure it’s only people in the states!
Carelon global solutions in India and philippines will more then likely replace there jobs. Cheaper labor

I really do not think offshore is at risk. They have spent months trying to fill positions I have and have not been able to. The offshore staff we have are meh. My manager will not let me hire onshore or from another firm so it is pretty clear that offshore is safe.

8/8 is only for US positions. It is happening here at states so they can send those jobs to offshore. So if you are act of sure you can feel happy to see more jobs coming to your way. It’s a sad reality, but we have to accept it.
