Lot of change this year alone in audit. Bank head of audit moved out of role, lot of audit EMG departures, and now the head of audit services is leaving. Anyone have information on what is happening? Was there an ethics issue?

Audit postings for executives - professional practices and quality assurance.
More likely that the Audit attrition will increase. There’s a lack of promotion and severe burnout from regulatory issues over the past 5+ years.
The irony in all this is with Wallace going to audit, you'll see a shift of audit people moving to NC to join the brown nose brigade. while all the bootlickers like Eric Mullis and cronies will move back to San Antonio since Seybold is there. Mindless drones uplifted their families and forced others to move to NC and it's all for nothing. Hahaha!! All of you are a bunch of tools.
GG was always late in sending reports out to regulators, allegedly.
The compliance issues aren’t being fixed in a timely manner. Audit would finish the reports, then need GG to approve before it would be sent out. He’d procrastinate for months, allegedly
All I know is… CFO is going to face a decline in ops. Brett Seybold has been the least transparent executive who never gives a straight answer which turns out to be driven from his lack of financial knowledge… you can’t have a decent conversation with him when he can’t answer why we don’t use net profit margin in CFO as one of the key metrics… sigh
Well that’s never a good sign. Maybe they are tired of all the sweeping under the rug.
