With Fernandez not being able to deliver now in the 3rd quarter now its time for change before its a disaster, time to step aside.
Clearly not up to it.

Ferdandez is doing exactly what the board wants him to do. That’s taking money for the board and executives till the stock holders take notice , then a new CEO will be named to do the same till all the money is gone
@1ssn+1tCKLXGp I ask myself the same question. But figure I don't really need this job, so maybe I don't really need another. But while DXC want to pay me to pretend to work on projects I know stand little chance of ever going live. I'll take the money. This org is doomed. If one day it turned round and asked it's staff to actually deliver then it will find they are not trained, nor do they have systems and processes to support them. And above all - they don't care. So I do believe we're just here as caretakers until it's time to turn the lights out and go. And for that. It's still good money.
Even if he was to be replaced/forced to step down, do you seriously expect to see any change? Looking back at DXC's history will tell you all you need to know.
@1eol+1tCKLXGp and what if it is too little too late? Are you going to go down with the sinking ship? Why not jump to another one while you still have the chance?
Just like the late UK Conservative government - the problem with DXC is similar - nobody can agree on a way forward. We spend all out time arguing. And we definitely have more than our fair share of people actively seeking to see an end to it all both outside and inside the organisation.
So it's got to go.
The companies we work with still need good IT people. And their jobs could be more effective by not having all this cr-p going on. I just want to get paid the same as my colleagues who are supposed to do the same job, on a parallel with the other suppliers staff. I just want the work to come to me in an organised way so that I can do it. I don't want to have to write a 40 page document on what we expect to deliver for the simplest of things.
Just like the UK Labour has correctly observed: Failing to resolve the pay issues is more costly in the long run than not. So let's hope the tide has turned, and it won't all bee too little to late.
Ha ha this sounds so much like the US at the moment.
With JB standing down was always expected even though he denied it for long, will it be VP Kamire, the Faart or someone else.
Maybe former President Salvino will return for a second term. Either way the company isn't performing, the rich at the top keep taking and the lower people are struggling to survive.
The picture will be clearer by November when another quarter nears completion.
Bro things don't change over night especially in an orginization of 120k people. That's not to say Fernandez is good but some of the changes, like increased autonomy for insurance are half decent.
Waaay toooo soon.
He's gotta make a big mistake to be gone. Look at M1 (no growth) or M2 (no growth)
What about Vice President Kamire the new CMO?
Is she a possibility, would be a big move.
Wonder who the replacement will be for president Fernandez.
Would the new leader be the agressive Faart?
