Radiant Strike

Offshore team radiant given jobs of those laid off were offline today due to social and political issues in Bangladesh.
Customer Support has been tasked with stepping in to key timecards and make credentialing calls. Crazy times.

Radiant CANNOT even write in American english. We have had to make complaints to our leaders abt tjer communication. I was asked today by one of them what a TL form is...its the thing they were reaching out to me about. They're not even freaking trained. I hope this tanks the company. They have lost standing in the industry. These new contracts are trashy clients who try to violate payroll laws, short pay, lie about hours.

They are trying to rehire the people they let go to work asap. You lose everything you had but tenure and pay stays the same. Laughable. Throw people's lives into literal chaos and expect them to come back and salvage the mess you made.

I’m absolutely DISGUSTED and FURIOUS at AMN for the position they’ve put those few remaining onshore people in…….i hope they remember who was here to save the day and why we DESERVE the “premium labor costs” associated with keeping us.

They’re reaping what they sow and they’re getting what they paid for.

Radiant regularly just doesn't show up or do work right. This whole mess with the Microsoft issue just proved that no one thought this through or made a plan for what to do. Especially when 95% of the credentialing team is offshore. Oh how could that go wrong when there's a literal government shutdown on internet and roadways?

Way to let clns and clients DOWN. High up leaders regularly asking d-mb questions why things are happenin but can't read the f!@$ing writing on the wall
