AI deployment looks scarier today

Cloud failure made a global issue. Bad management of AI will make a cosmic issue. But no reason to worry, there are all these severely understaffed IT supports everywhere, working on outdated infrastructure, and outsourced client services you have to spend three days with just to get to the gist of the problem. The cheaper you are, the more expensive the problem arising from cheapness becomes.

The last 2 times I called CSC, we had to communicate via WebEx because neither of us could understand what the other was saying. If I can, I am using click to chat now, it isn't good that we can't call and talk to someone to support our issues.
