Zero statements released by anyone higher up, email or otherwise. Sounds about right. We all just had to put it together by ourselves figuring out what wasn't working today. Thanks, Xerox. Did about as much today as I do any other day. It was hard to tell the system wasn't working today because it hardly works any time.

This post is s-t-u-p-i-d, did that work for you? This was a WW issue and everyone was figuring things out. There was a notice on internal site. Possibly they wanted to keep communication down as they did not know if it were a hack v. talking point of a system update?
Hmmm I got emails with updates throughout the day it was annoying.
