BP surveys are my favorite days.
Will anything change?
Of course not.
It is hilarious and soul-su-king at the same time when the results are presented to us and have clearly been given the ol “blue spin.”
if only senior leadership didn't outsource the process of making plans to address bluepulse results to frontline leaders. and give them absolutely no agency to improve anything...
I was laughing when I saw an HCSC TV with its internal marketing message “Commitment - we do what we promise”.
Not only do I have a promise from HCSC, I have it in writing as to how much PTO I get. Suggested fix for the TV “ Commitment - sometimes we do what we promise”
How do you know the scores are "false"? You independently surveyed the entire company and got a different result?
I strongly advise anyone considering HCSC as an employer or business partner to reconsider, as their willingness to manipulate data for their own benefit speaks volumes about their priorities. The information they put out on the scores are FALSE. Not only does this unethical behavior mislead potential employees and stakeholders, but it also fails to address the genuine concerns and experiences of their workforce. I've been with the org for 13 years and it's sad. It is imperative that companies uphold ethical standards, and HCSC has clearly failed in this regard.
Since the survey is still open they don’t yet know. One issue is that employees don’t all understand how to add comments for each question. It’s a dropdown option when you make a selection for the multiple choices. They are not asking about PTO change. It’s the usual questions. I went thru it to see but I will never submit another survey. Nothing will change as long as the current department leaders are there
